Question about editing maps in ETS2.

I recently discovered how to edit the game map, but I seem to be having a problem saving it. In the tutorial I was following they show a button called "Build Map" that you first click before saving. But for me it's just a blank button where it should be. Could anyone help me in finding out how to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.
