Blood Test Results - [Androgel] TRT Experiment - BEFORE T 25nmo/l - NOW - Lower

Well.

A few weeks ago I got my hands on AndroGel - and not knowing a lot about TRT I thought increasing my T a bit won't hurt.

I did a total T before and it was 25 nmo/l - I lift weights; I'm young (28), and generally I am pretty healthy.

I had a bout of depression this year and some studies show T adjuvant may help. In addition I thought it would help me with my gym gains.

Long story short - after a few weeks of using AndroGel (2-3 pumps a day on average) - my results are....

Testosterone: 20 nmo/l | Range: 8.64 – 29

Estradiol: 113 pmol/L | Range: 41.4-159 pmol/L

LH: 4.9 mUI/mL | Range: 1.7 - 8.6

FSH: 3.4 mUI/mL | Range: 1.5 – 12.4

Lessons: It is named Testosterone Replacement Therapy for a reason - It is not Testosterone Augmenting Therapy.

What do you make of this? Besides the obvious - stop using the gel - which I will.

My FSH seems quite low Estradiol a bit high

HOWEVER

I only had one blood test before - I don't know how stable and reliable is one single blood test. Maybe I had it higher that day due to hell knows what but in general my baseline was lower. However, in any case, AndroGel doesn't seem to have helped me with anything but even worse, probably screwed up my pituitary signalling
