How long after my dose should I wait to get bloodwork?

I started TRT 3 months ago, my urologist had me do bloodwork around this time in preparation for our upcoming appointment.

I do my injection every Wednesday around 11pm. I went in this morning (Friday) at 7 am and I just got my lab results.

Free test was unable to be calculated (previously 41.7)

Total test was >1500 (they didn’t specify) and it was previously 178

SHBG was 13 when I did my bloodwork before TRT and has remained the same.

My urologist put me on 100mg of testosterone cyp once a week and said at most it would put me at 1000 ng/dL total test. Did I get blood drawn too soon after my dose?
