BPE (benign prostate enlargement) triggered for the 48h after an injection. Doc says "impossible"??

Post Body

Critically slow peeing (down to a dribble no stream at all) and tenderness on a bike seat in the 48hrs after a weekly injection (typically 150mg and always of Enanthate, IM, quadricep)

Doctor is trying to tell me "that's not how it works" and that the prostate doesn't react that fast.
Without any more than a normal conversational pause I asked if it can't take on water or something, and he had no answer, stammered and got defensive.

Well my experience and your expertise directly disagree, buddy.

Any confirmations it happens to you or alternatively another explanation?
