UK users, do private firms inform your GP?

I am trying to get blood work done from my GP (NHS). My plan is to tell them I am on TRT from a provider like Optimale for example but want to get second opinion on full bloods panel.

Question is, would companies like Optimale inform your GP if you go on their treatment?
