TRT for 14 weeks. Insane gains and physiological changes. Never had an issue with bicep bumps but just last week I canโt bench without having insane aches /pump in my bicep the whole day. Itโs on both arms but mainly my strong arm / favored arm (skip the masturbation comments lol). Anyone ever experience this? Also feeling the same with overhead military press.
I drink a ton of water and this came out of the blue. Idk if itโs due to accelerated growth or I legit tore/strained my biceps.
