Stomach bloating? I’m on 2 pumps of trt cream. I seem to be getting real bloated, especially after eating. Normal?

Just feel fat! T shirts look like I have a bigger beer belly than I do! Been on a vacation and that’s really held me back with eating at times, which I guess isn’t all that bad…. Ankles etc are ok so unsure it’s entirely water retention. I’m trying to drink a lot but sweating like mad as I’m in a tropical sunshine/pool/beach spot!
Attached my blood work from May, due another round in a couple weeks. Anything here an explanation that may have gotten worse from trt cream to the nuts?
