I used Tegaderm to administer my treatment. It's probably not unusual for tattoo owners. For those of you unaware Tegaderm is used to cover wounds with a thin waterproof bandage. The advantages of Tegaderm are a follows: -less risk of transferring to others -it appled well it will be waterproof and flexible through a workout and shower (about 3 to 5 hours) -more of the medicine is absorbed -far less aromatization (at least for me) How I did it... Prepare your skin. No lotion or highly moisturizing soap as it will make it adhere less to the skin. I found that having your skin dry as possible helps the Tegaderm stick very well. Apply the cream as close to the center as possible, you need to have the glue from the film surrounding the medicine. I found that applying to front of my shins and the front and sides of my quadriceps work best. I occasionally use my deltoids but I found that if I sweat a lot it comes off quicker. After a few hours massage the film gently to move the medicine around. Here's a video I found or someone applying different medicine but he works the same.
I hope this helps someone Ask any questions. I'll try to get to them as soon as I can.
