Good afternoon,

As the title reads. Crashed my E2 trying to reduce elbow inflammation taking a prescribed AI. The AI fully healed my elbow. Within the day.

My labs are from about 2 weeks ago, I actually didn’t feel that bad until I took 100mg shot last Thursday and Jesus Christ almighty did I get hit hard. Since the. My anxiety has gotten 10x worse, jitters, hot flashes, tough time sleeping and really light headed.

As I read others posts it appears I have a combination of symptoms that others have one way or another regarding high or low E2.

Any others with experiences like this?

How long does it take to get your estrogen to bounce back?

I’m open to any criticism or recommendations. Considering getting off, this shit has been miserable.
