Started TRT 7 weeks ago and TT was at 12.9 nmol/l and FT at 328 pmol/l. SHBG was at 19nmol/l and E2 under 70nmol/L.

Just got my first blood results after 7 weeks at 100mg/week splitted in 3 shots.

My TT is now at 15nmol/l…FT at 416pmol/l, SHBG at 15,6nmol/l and E2 at 152 pmol/l (top range is at 121)…

I m a bit lost, all my blood sugars are top notch, I’m 6ft 215pounds at 17% bf…train 4 times a week sports …no insulin resistance and no metabolic syndrome… I eat low carbs…I m thinking about going back on keto to increase my shbg but In the meanwhile I m starting to have high e2 symptoms so I need an AI…

Any AI that won’t crush my SHBG even more? I was looking at aromasin but it seems to crash even lore SHBG….
