38yo here who has used testosterone on and off for 10 plus years. I ended up going on trt, never knowing my numbers but assume they were low from years of coming on and off testosterone. I know that I didn’t do everything right and can’t go back and change anything. I was put on trt for about 8 months most recently and had sides that I couldn’t figure out which included brain fog, lethargy, and problems taking deep breaths. I have never had any problems coming off testosterone and usually just had lower testosterone and lost mass but mentally felt better and breathing problems went away. I came off in November and 2 months later I crashed. Ran PCT to include Clomid and HCG, felt ok, 2 months later I’m having terrible anxiety/depression. My question is, is it all possible to stay off and get my numbers up, and what’s the proper way without going on trt to treat this. I understand that I may need to hop back on trt but I’d like to see if it’s possible to rebound. From my numbers I’ve been getting on multiple blood tests since January I have low sex hormones, and a normal SHBG. It looks like I may have secondary hypogonadism from my numbers below.

Testosterone 286 Free Test 55.7 FSH 2.0 LH 1.83 SHBG 39.9

Would HCG be at all worth a shot here or what on anyone’s personal experience has helped them? Doc wants me to run HCG 500iu 3x a week. Just trying to gather any experience anyone has. Also if you’d like anymore info as blood markers I can share.

Any help would be appreciated.
