Massive “deflated” feeling after intense cardio?

Running 500mg/week test Cyp (and a bunch of other things but don’t worry about it for now).
I walked in the gym today swole and tight. Banged out my chest and tris.
Decided to play some basketball. 5 games later. Im completely deflated.
Muscles flat. Feels like my T plummeted. No interest in having sex tonight either. Is this much intense cardio detrimental to what I’m trying to achieve (being the most jacked and lean meathead in the gym)
