High hematocrit - unable to donate blood.

Post Body

I have high hematocrit levels due to TRT and my doc suggested I give blood regularly to lower it. Unfortunately I'm unable to donate blood. My doc gave me a scrip for therapeutic lobotomy or whatever they call it but I'm having difficulty finding a doctor's office or lab that will do that.

Are there any other ways I can reduce my hematocrit or even extract my blood? I'm not squeamish so if I need to do it myself, I will.
