Started TRT a month ago and was prescribed 100mg every 2 weeks. From reading on here this treatment seems off. I could only hope that when I see my pcp next he ups the dosage or split it instead?

I also want to add that I have had blood clots in the past so my hematologist was okay with me going on T if I take blood thinners with them. He also mentioned that he was going to recommend to my pcp on starting me off on a smaller dose. Could this be why I was prescribed 100mg bi weekly?

I don’t have a follow up until 5 months from now, hence why I’m asking here. It’s definitely a conversation I plan on having with the doc, but would like some insight from y’all as well.

Blood work: 204 in Oct 2022. Tested again last month and came back at 249. Lost 30-40lbs between those results
