I am relatively fit and health; train 6 days a week in a general strength and conditioning manner, mostly eat healthy, hit my protein quota most of the time.
I also work 10 hours per shift, shift work 3 days on 2 days off, moderately active job, drive 2 hours each way to and from work, and get 6 hours of sleep during shift blocks though this may be less due to an infant child.
While I still feel strong, I also feel run down and have been for a few months. I haven't had my test levels checked yet but if they are low, would you recommend I go for trt? Or should I just wait several more months hoping my daily situation changes (which it might)?
