I had bought the TRT Nation package and was going through with it hoping to fix brain fog, low energy, and somewhat get better in the gym. I’m 27 with pre-existing gyno, and my test came back over 500 with estradiol levels at 32. I decided to back out and not go through with Trt because I feel like my natural test is enough currently, and there weren’t really enough reasons for me to try it. Maybe I’ll get labs done again in a few years and reassess. Good move?
At least through this process I know my levels. I hadn’t tested them before, so it gives me a bit more confidence I can make changes to other things in my life before making the big commitment of Trt.
