I need advice tw sexual abuse.

I really need to convey what sending me to abusive place did to me to my mother. I was thinking of an impact letter or a video speaking on it. One Google is all it takes to figure out that the places I went to were abusive and used attack therapy. Imagine humiliating a 14 year old child for being sexually abused. How do I show her. Should I get my therapist to help and do it with her?
