27F Been on just 5mg trintellix for a year for my mild GAD and depression. It has helped a lot with those symptoms however my sex drive is non existent and I’m tired all the time. Unsure of what to do

My doctor wrote a script for me to try Buspar to help with the low sex drive. I don’t like the idea of taking multiple pills and it depresses me in and of itself that I’m 27 and barely ever want to have sex.

My sex drive used to be higher than most and i could finish with no issues. Now I can only finish if watching porn but it takes so much longer than it used to.

I’m scared to just keep adding pills and then later in life have to stay on them forever.

I know 5mg is not too much so I’m like it’s been a year, I’ve learned coping skills maybe I can just come off. But I’ve been on other antidepressants and have said the same thing.

Just at a loss.
