Worked at first now worse, anyone else?

I started these meds a week ago at 5mg a day. The first few days were amazing. My depression was lifted and I had so much energy. I sorted and cleaned my whole house. Even my anxiety was lifted!
I'm a week in now and my depression is worse. My anxiety has never been higher and I don't know if I should quit.
Has anyone else had something similar happen with a success story at the end of the tunnel? Should I quit?
