Hello all, first post. 38 year old male. I have been on trintellix 10mg for almost exactly a year now. About 3-4 months ago I started getting ED. It has gradually gotten worse and now ED pills are barely working. I met with my prescriber and she said it is very uncommon for side effects like this to hit after being stable for so long on the medication, she said these things normally happen in the first month but most of the time it gets better with time not worse.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Or experience? I am her only client on trintellix so it seems she doesn’t have much experience with this one although she is knowledgeable on ssri’s and such. Trintellix definitely helped my depression but this is so bothersome that i would absolutely try and switch medications if its the culprit. Thanks all.
