Glad I’m not alone

I seem to always have my hands in my hair if I don’t have it up. 31/m love having my hair long enough to twist get a good little knot going then try to untwist but end up pulling it out. Half the time I don’t even realize I’m doing it. Haven’t had any bald spots. It just feels so nice and relaxing I can’t stop myself. Best part is when I get the knot out. Doesn’t matter if it’s ripped out or I just get it untangled.
