Bikini line/pubic area

I have pulled/picked bikini/pubic area so much that Iāve literally given myself some sort of skin infection(s). I for sure think itās yeast because itās like blotchy and bumpy white but then like where the hair is itās purple-ish almost like thereās a āfilmā over where the hair is. Is this like two infections? How do I know if itās Staph or not? I feel like Nystatin, Ketoconazole, & Mupirocin arenāt helping, at all. Ugh. Help!! š³
