Skin Infection??

I have pulled/picked bikini/pubic area so much that I’ve literally given myself some sort of skin infection(s). I for sure think it’s yeast because it’s like blotchy and bumpy white but then like where the hair is it’s purple-ish almost like there’s a ‘film’ over where the hair is. Is this like two infections? How do I know if it’s Staph or not? I feel like Nystatin, Ketoconazole, & Mupirocin aren’t helping, at all. Ugh. Help!! 😳
