Anybody have a good book on endurance theory ? Specifically for triathlons hopefully

Just trying to get into the sport but there is quite a bit I do not know about the sport. Base, build, peak and tapper. Zones, heart rate training. Easy days, long runs, rides etc… I’ve tried to read some blogs but they are not as in-depth as I would like and a pretty much one size fits all training recommendations. I’m not ready to just get an app and follow it. I want to know why… Thanks
