Hi all,
Today, I did a brick session and right after the post running cold down I got chills and goosebumps. I google it and seems to be an indication of severe dehydration. The weather today was 26°C and Humidity 38% according to the klimat app.
The brick session and nutrition were as follows:
Biking 70km
Drank 2 Lts of water with one nuun tablet divided in two, just to give flavour to the tap water
7km run
Drank 400ml with one nuun tablet
Should I increase my water intake volume?
Should I have some salt tablets?
I will appreciate any advice
