I wanted to give everybody an update on my progress. Last November I posted the following:

I've continued my workouts and really been enjoying the process. I'm signed up to run the Pittsburgh Marathon this May along with my brother who ran it as his first last year. He has joined me in working on swimming and bike disciplines as well. He is in another state, but we try to compete remotely with a supersprint distance. We've only managed two so far due to illness and inury, but it is so much fun! We do our SS indoors and we chose to ignore transition times, since our gyms are laid out differently. My recent splits were:
- 1/4 m Swim 9:15
- 6.2m Bike 20:40
- 1.6m Run 15:45
- Total - 45:40
Also, my time has come down for my IdleIM:
- Swim 2:21:26
- Bike 6:23:15
- Run 4:47:36
- Total 13:32:16
I hope I can manage that pace for the marathon this spring.
