Lol so basically what you're saying is that you're a segregationist. So if someone moves from Wisconsin to Garner and has a child the mom can never be local but the child can? Lol

Well that's a very narrow minded set since we are a country based on expanding. This country has been settled in many different ways and it is ignorant to label it any other way. On my moms side she was born in NY but her dad was born in Wisconsin and his dad in Missouri and his dad in Tennessee and his dad Georgia.. So people like you are self anointed authorities on where people are from and who they are or aren't based on how some peoples geographic lineage didn't change much over several generations while others did? Lol
