So I’ve played through this game before and I just got through Anise’s Stockade and thought I’d spend my rainbow seeds to get some tier 4 gear for my party. It seems as though the tier 4 weapons won’t drop for Angela or Riesz. I end up getting multiple copies of Durans strongest sword, but the best I get for Angela is Gambanteinn instead of Queen Scepter. Likewise with Riesz the only spear I get is the Truthlance instead of Brunedge. Do I just have incredibly bad luck? Or is there some kind of algorithm the game has that I don’t know about? I’d love to hear from someone and I thank you in advance for helping me out, I really appreciate it.
