Does tret not work for people?

Post Body

I’m 26, been using .05 for about a year. I’m in a desert dry climate. I pair the tret with spironolactone. I mainly have hormonal acne.

I stopped using tret for about 3 weeks, because I had to have my eyebrows micro bladed and my face has never been clearer. With tret I would always have to have 2 extra steps of moisturizing (, snail mucus, heavy moisturizer, reapply sunscreen), and generally get 1-2 small whiteheads a month.

I’m Chinese, and I haven’t had any huge signs of aging. Is it better for me to not use tret at all? Is there a minimum usage that I can get anti-aging benefits?
