Hi guys!

How do you deal with the outbreaks during purging? I am going through one right now and I generally can't stop myself from picking at my skin so I just made a mess on my face.

I have this one huge acne that had a white peak and in a moment of complete insanity I popped it wanting it to go away faster - very little puss came out and now I'm left with a huge swollen zit on my face and I am feeling so scared that I messed it up.

I cleaned my face and put benzoyl peroxide on it as I usually do but I feel like I effed up completely. Any advice on how to calm it down? I ran out of hydrocolloid patches and I can get some tomorrow morning, so I feel extra anxious for not being able to slap on on right now.
