Micro needling help what is your regimen?

Hey all I was wondering what everyone’s micro needling routine was. How many needles do you use? What length? Have you had results? How many times a week/month? I started but felt it was not doing much. I am on fin and min and regain a lot of my hair but there are a few spots that annoy me.
