Insecure about people discovering that I use Fin and Min.

So I have been on Fin for about 2 years now, I have experienced no sides and have managed to maintain my hairline (im about a NW2-ish). I have been commuting to college for 2 years, which has allowed me to be rather secretive when it comes to my hair loss treatments. My friends have no knowledge that I am doing this, and really only my mother and brother are the only two people who know.

For the fall semester, I am transferring schools and will most likely live in a dorm for the fall semester, which means I would be rooming with someone that I probably wont trust. I'm worried that my roommate will discover my treatments and reveal to people that im trying to stop balding. My battle with hairloss is very personal to me, and if people found out I would feel extremely embarrassed and borderline ashamed. idk how to either be secritive enough to where no one would ever discover it, or to get past this from a mental standpoint.

Any comments are greatly appreciated!

Iā€™m sorry but that just isnā€™t true. You might feel that way but thatā€™s not the case at all. I understand your struggle but this mindset will not help you. Losing your hair as a woman you get pity, not love. Itā€™s normal for men to be bald or get hair transplants or tattoos for hair loss. Many famous men with beautiful families and good lives have thin or no hair everyone is exposed to bald men they view it as completely normal. Women however itā€™s next to none and most peopleā€™s immediate thoughts would be something more like ā€œI wonder whatā€™s wrong with herā€ assuming cancer or alopecia. I get itā€™s devastating for anyone going through it but catastrophizing it in particular for men doesnā€™t help anyone including yourself and I can promise you very few people will really shame you for it. Rude people who want to pick on people will always find a reason. Big nose, birthmarks, big ears, weight, hair line etc if itā€™s not your hair (or lack of) people who are looking to be rude will find something to pick on people about but most people are decent and think balding is completely normal
