Creatine and Weird Conclusion in a Study?

First, I have to state that I am a social scientist, which means that I have a very modest understanding of what I am about to say in this post.

I just read a study on creatine and its role in DHT increase, which concluded that the body of literature was not supporting any relationship between creatine and DHT, see : Antonio, J., et al. (2021). Common questions and misconceptions about creatine supplementation: what does the scientific evidence really show?. Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 18(1), 13. https://doi.org/10.1186/s12970-021-00412-w

However, when answering this question, it quoted four studies that were argued to show no differences between creatine and testosterone. Yet, when I read the four studies, they all showed statistical differences see: Study 1, Study 2, Study 3, and Study 4.

Therefore, I do not really understand the conclusion of Antonio et al regarding the link between testosterone and creatine. The quoted literature outlines a correlation, which at least should lead to recommend caution to those suffering from MAA.

What would your opinion on this be?
