I have a 5-in scar that runs across the top of my head, about 3 in past my hairline. It's from brain surgery. I really don't want to have the brain surgery discussion with people that I don't know, so I would prefer (also for vanity reasons) to keep my hair.

Current process:

• 0.3% finasteride 6% minoxidil topical once a day at night from Hims

• 5% minoxidil in the morning

• microneedling 1.5 mm once per week

• keto shampoo a few times a week

I also recently bought a red light panel to rebuild some collagen in my forehead. It definitely has an impact on hair growth. Hairs on the tip of my nose seem to be growing twice as fast, I need to pluck them all the time.

Anyway, I am seeing a lot more small hairs at the edge of my hairline lately, so I'm pretty confident that this is working. I'm happy with the results. The cost/benefit ratio is great.
