Silent reader here from the Philippines 🇵🇭

Started my journey last July. My hair has been thinning since I was 20. I tried various shampoos & topical ointments to no avail. I also tried to come to terms that I’ll be bald so I shaved my head. Tried the routines suggested here as my last shot and I’m happy with the results so far.

Keep at it guys! Hoping to see more progress.
