I've been smoking regularly for close to a decade, and recently weed has been making me feel extremely anxious, and physically uncomfortable.

Post Body

I know I've read posts here and there of others having a similar issue. I'm almost 26 and have been smoking damn near daily since I was 16.

Weed has definitely been a vice for me, and a helpful one at that - until a few months ago when I started noticing I almost feel as though I'm on a verge of a panic attack after smoking? I become extremely aware of my heartbeat, which is usually fast. I feel extremely uncomfortable, like I want to jump out of my skin, and have a general feeling of being "on edge".

I say this after I just smoked my first bowl of the day, and wasn't feeling like this beforehand.

It really sucks because I've actually felt as though I'm in the worst spot in my life at the moment, and have been craving SOMETHING to just relax or calm me down, which is something weed always helped with, but is just making me feel worse.

Such a fuckin' bummer.
