How can I lower my tolerance and save my stash?

I'm a medical user and pretty much cheef carts on the daily, sometimes I find myself burning through a single 1g cart in a couple of days. Sometimes I don't know how else to get through the day without being in an almost constant state of high. I know it's bad and I want to not only lower my tolerance but my dependence on it as well.
Sometimes i genuinely need it to eat and make sure I can actually keep food down, so I know I can't really quit it completely, but i wanted to ask for some advice on how i can cut down on my consumption yet deal with the withdrawal effects and find ways to keep myself entertained and healthy without it. Are there any supplements people take that help too?
