Real Talk: Why hasn't Spannabis 2020 been canceled?

Spain is #6 on the list of most COVID-19 cases with that number growing around 25% per day.

I can't think of a more irresponsible thing to do than have a cannabis festival where people will be gathering in large numbers and possibly sharing rigs, etc.

Not to mention the risk of visitors contracting the virus and bringing it back to their home countries.

E3 has already been canceled and talks are looming of canceling the NCAA Tournament. Canceling Spannabis seems like an easy decision. What am I missing?
