New to high quality strains could use come guidance

I can get either 818 headband, or chem 91 skunk va. Not sure what anyone of those means but I’m bringing it to a smoke sesh and would hate for me to get too sleepy or anything. I like mind and body highs but none that make me crash. I’ve been a regular of users of mostly Acapulco gold lately and really like that.
