Hey r/trees got a question! Help a fellow ent out!

Got pulled over today and got a ticket. I signed the ticket before looking it over and after i drove off i realized that the cop had written my last name incorrectly on the ticket. My question is can I and or do i have a chance of having the ticket thrown out since it is written incorrectly?
