When I tell you all this, I know I'll be ripped on for halting the progress of progressive cannabis laws, but I did it anyway, and now I'm going to pay for for something I definitely deserve. I was caught on April Fools Day of 2013 and was charged with Simple Possession and Drug Paraphernalia. In court (of Tennessee), they dropped the Drug Paraphernalia charge and gave me a Pre-trial Diversion and a year of Supervised Probation. Everything was fine at first, but then I started to slip back into the way I was. I became addicted to being high again. My anxiety acts up real bad when it comes to anything court related. I knew I wasn't going to pass a piss test, so in my anxiety-fueled mind, I decided not to go. I now have a violation of probation warrant out for my arrest, and I'm going to try to talk to an attorney to see what I can do, but most likely I will have to do 10 days in jail. I take full responsibility for my actions for I know this was all brought on by me. I believe it would be best for me to discontinue my smoking of trees for a good, long while. Maybe one day when I have my life together and still not a struggling 19yo male. Being an Ent has meant a lot to me; maybe we can see each other again one day. I love you all.
