I’ve never smoked a blunt before. Back when I smoked tobacco, I enjoyed spliffs, but now I’m a joint guy.
What are the real differences? What is your personal preference?
My local dispo sells blunts for a significantly higher price than their cheap, but strong joints. So, I haven’t had much motive to actually buy one not to mention going out of my way to buy a pack of hemp wraps and roll my own.
Help a fella out!
Hottest of hot takes, scalding hot straight from Mount Doom: Blunts serve a purpose only to make bad weed taste better. Beyond that it's purely cultural (i.e because you heard about it in a rap song) or cause you didn't know you're allowed to build a straight-walled big joint out of just paper.

The main pro if you don't smoke tobacco is really just integrity and burn consistency cause it's thicker and from a plant specifically bred for its burn.
If you don't want to build something on the larger side the key conceit really falls away.
PS: Look into cannagars. Same basic idea better execution.
