Post Body

Hi everyone, I just created a reddit account. But mainly to try and find out if it is safe to smoke after wisdom teeth removal. I have seen many mixed opinions about it online. I see the most that you should wait at least 3-5 days or a week and you should be fine or at least a lower risk of dry socket.

However, I have a bit of a predicament with mine. I have now waited 12 days and all my sockets are healed except for one which was pretty heavily impacted. The one hole is still open, I had a good amount of pain in it on day 4 or 5 and I thought I had a dry socket and got it looked at, but it was perfectly fine and healing normally.

But I'm wondering if it is safe to smoke mary j now because I see the risk of dry socket is supposed to be gone after the first 3-5 days. But I'm a bit skeptical about it, becuase I have no pain and the healing seems to be getting closer to being fully healed by the day, but the hole is still open which is what concerns me. Has anyone else had this? Or would know if it is safe to smoke?
