Did you know that despite legalization, black-market weed still thrives? There are three main reasons for this:

Cheaper prices, Overregulation & Discretion

Street dealers are often cheaper which gives budget-conscious customers easier access, overregulation by governments drives out legal startups & street dealers are often more discreet which appeals to closeted cannabis smokers

What's ironic, is they've made it harder to stop black markets. In Louisiana, for example, the weed is expensive af from the medicinal dispensary. But, it's stupid easy to get a prescription. You don't actually need to see a doctor. You can get it the next day and buy weed immediately. So now people just tote around street weed with a prescription label with their name on it.
