Question about tolerance

So I’ve been a few weeks clean off of hard drugs and have just started smoking weed again. Right now my tolerance is noticeably lower after having used to smoke all day, every day, including mixing weed with other substances.
So my question is, if I smoke 1-2 times only at night, will my tolerance increase significantly? Will I still be able to get “stoned”? Like if I take a few hits off a joint maybe like twice a night will my tolerance stay somewhat the same?
