Trying RSO for first time and a Lil anxious...

I've heard everything from, best body high ever to, I thought I was dying when it comes to people's reactions to RSO. 😆 I've been wanting to try & due to some recent pain issues finally had a reason to.
I'm attempting to be careful & follow recommended dosages on the packaging. I've also read that all it takes is a grain of salt worth. Does anyone have any reliable beginners dose suggestions/info/links
