i have a bad time if i take a brake from smoking and i start again?

hello everyone i am 18 yo 140lbs male, so if i take a 2 day or more break from smoking and i smoke again i genuinely have a really bad high: heart racing,paranoia and huge anxiety i don’t get this if i smoke everyday tho,has anyone experienced something similar?
