Dispensary sold me moldy flower

At least that is what they are saying it was. I have video as evidence (when I showed it to them that's when they said it was mold). It is a brand they manufacture and distribute. They were very apologetic and are offering to compensate me for the flower (it was just $25 for an 1/8th), but it seems like they should be offering me more. Am I wrong?
