Overate after smoking

So I tried keeping up with my gf in terms of smoking with my gf. We smoked all day yesterday. Granted, I had no issues. But I had gotten super munchies and ate enough for 6 people.
Now Iām paying the price, vomiting and extreme stomach cramps. Any advice?
