What's a good skill distribution for Mergen3?

Last time I played a mergen was back when there was only one circle of it. I don't know what mergen skills are particularly good at the moment, and I don't have the skill potions to test. I was wondering what was best to invest in. My build's Ar1Ranger3Rogue3Mergen2 (going 3). I know no one goes Rogue3, but don't worry about that.
